Are your VPS servers OpenVZ/Xen/Virtuozzo/HyperVM?

We utilzie a custom OpenVZ kernel with an in-house VPS management system upfront, intuitively integrated with your support and billing control panel.

Do you offer FreeBSD or Windows VPS solutions?

Unfortunately not. Our Linux solutions are quite fantastic though.

Why can’t I use a Yahoo or Hotmail Live email address to place my order?

Unfortunately we receive a very high volume of fraud orders from Yahoo and Windows Live email addresses. Where possible, we prefer that you use the email address that was issued by your Internet Service Providor.

Can I get more than additional 5 IPs?

At VPSNOC we are obligated to ensure that IPs aren't issued wastefully. As long as you can justify your need for additional IP addresses we always happily issue them.

Do you offer an uptime guarantee?

Definetely! You need your VPS to be available 24x7. If your monthly uptime is below 99.9% we will credit your account to the tune of your monthly fee. (This does not include scheduled maintenance to maintain and improve your service, or downtime that is out of our control.)
